Selling an age-restricted product to a minor can cost a business its licence. This course trains front-line staff to check age confidently and consistently, and to handle a refusal without escalating it.

Who it is for
Staff in bars, off-licences, shops, restaurants, petrol stations and online or delivery sales who sell alcohol, tobacco, vapes, lottery products or other restricted goods.

The course is written around best practice. Irish licensees should apply it alongside the Intoxicating Liquor Acts and Public Health (Tobacco) Acts.
