This course is designed to assist delegates in understanding data protection laws, such as the GDPR, and how to handle patient/resident data with integrity and confidentiality. This online training course covers Standard 14 of the Care Certificate and aims to educate delegates on the importance of confidentiality for individuals receiving care and how a violation of confidentiality can erode trust between the caregiver and the patient.
